ABOUT US
WHERE IT ALL STARTED
Hi, I'm Caroline. Three years ago I came up with the idea of starting an art & craft class for kids. I realised most of the out-of-school activities seemed to be more sports-based and with my own little artists at home, I decided to create the club that I had been looking for.
That's how Crafty Fox Kids Club started.
We began with after-school clubs and weekend classes, then soon entered the world of crafty birthday parties and holiday clubs too. We've had so many children through the door, and so many have come back again and again.
I'm really passionate about providing lots of materials for children to work with - sometimes pretty unusual stuff! I love creating sessions where there isn't a set end result, giving children the freedom to explore and see where their ideas take them.
Creativity has always been a big part of my life. I studied Graphic Design after leaving school and have worked with vintage fashion, organised events and I've had my own furniture business too. I love that I get to be creative in my work every day.
Fast forward to 2026, we are now moving into our own space in Copmanthorpe, York! I'm so excited for what's still to come.
We are now Crafty Fox Studio - a creative space for children of all ages and adults too.
WHERE WE ARE NOW
Crafty Fox Studio is based in Copmanthorpe, York, and our new space opens in October 2026.
We'll have our regular after-school sessions, plus some exciting new things too - including a toddler art session and creative sessions for grown-ups.
We'll still be bringing our popular fashion upcycling sessions, crafty birthday parties, holiday clubs and workshops.
Our first sessions will be running during October half term and are available to book now.
More coming soon!
